Holly and Pedro welcome you to Can Mimosa Ibiza. You are welcome and encouraged to celebrate life with us in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The quality of our hospitality and passion for great food drives us to provide a heartwarming environment for all our guests, families, groups of friends, individuals, workers, and even well-behaved pets.
Located in Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza, Can Mimosa is an authentic place to eat, drink, and enjoy island life together all year round.
Food Philosophy
Our seasonal menus use only the finest local produce and we enjoy foraging for wild and interesting ingredients.
We have a kitchen garden, which grows most of our fruits and vegetables which we fertilise with our own compost, and we use many local farmers and suppliers , most within 4km, who provide us with farm-to-table produce daily.
We strive to follow nature’s circular and regenerative cycles, where waste is avoided. Using the UNSDG 2030 Agenda and The Chefs Manifesto, we create a sustainable zero-waste kitchen while continuously seeking ways to reduce our impact and increase our sustainability.
For example, we butcher and age our Galician beef, reducing waste and creating a delicious premium product.

We offer a beautiful venue for special events at Can Mimosa. Whether you are planning a birthday party, anniversary, corporate gathering or wedding reception, we are happy to plan and cater for events of all sizes
We consider every event to be unique so we tailor our offering in a bespoke manner. E-mail us with your ideas and we’ll work on it together.
Every Sunday in the Garden from 1 PM
Sunday Roast
Every Sunday from 1 PM, October to May, enjoy a traditional British Sunday Roast in our garden.
Choose from Angus roast beef, roast chicken, or our vegetarian nut roast, all served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and proper gravy.
Pair it with our signature Bloody Mimosa and relax with good food and good company.
